Hi there =),
My name is Lani. I am looking for some where to buy hand balancing polls.
Thanks Lani
@Lani: We have the hand balancing stands available at http://www.lostartofhandbalancing.com/products/hand-balancing-stands/ – If you’re looking for something different let me know.
i have been practicing the handstand for quite some time now. I still haven’t got it yet. I have to stop for a couple of days because my hands and wrists get so sore. i’m doing alot more frog handstands to work my strength up. i also lift weights so that wasn’t a problem. i think that i’m not tightening my abs and legs enough. What do you think? Where should i start? Or did i go too far, too fast? i’m 4′9″ very small, so i’m closer to the ground:p
You need to ease into balancing for the wrists to catch up to the regular stretching and strengthening. Check out http://www.lostartofhandbalancing.com/articles/wrist-stretching/ for more details.
Tightening your abs and legs is important so that you can balance yourself. Without it you’ll likely just fall right down. I suggest you check out http://www.lostartofhandbalancing.com/products/secrets-of-the-handstand/ for more on how to ease into the handstand.
