Step-by-Step Video Reveals the
Quickest Way to Master the Handstand

The diagram below shows you the difference between taking the long path of just working on the freestanding handstand and the short path of systematic training.

The Quick Path to Learning the Handstand

Anyone that follows these steps will make faster progress than with any other system out there. I guarantee it. To see what its all about all you have to do is sign up below.

Why would I do this? I want more people to get started with handstands. I know my system is the best way to get someone into a stable freestanding handstand, short of one on one coaching. And my hope is that once you can do the handstand with ease you’ll move onto the more difficult stunts and perhaps buy my other books and courses to learn those.

Plus I want you to share this with everyone you know. Tell your friends. Post on facebook, twitter, on your own blog.

Great video, Logan!
I originally found your website through my friend, Bud Jeffries.
I just ordered your DVD.
Thanks!

Hey Logan,

Do you have any programs fro elite handstands. I can do 10 x pike press handstand from L-sit, 60 second + one arm handstands on both arms, straight body planche, one arm press from stand. I started hand balancing after retiring from elite canada gymnastics and looking for a new challenge, do you have any new challenges???

@Shaun Dalzell: Wish I was as skilled as you. To answer your question you’ll find some new challenges in The True Art and Science of Hand Balancing. You’ll be way beyond most of it but there are things like finger balancing, the one arm planche, one arm jumping and tiger bends. Plus there are tons of pictures that’ll give you new ideas. Hope that helps.

I believe there’s no such way as a shortcut to handstand balance… you need a lot of practice in both body and mind and that takes a lot of time and you’ll be able to do a lot of other hand stunts as well if you practice it for a long time

Logan @ 8:24 am #

@Proper: While I do agree the handstand and other skills take a lot of practice, I do believe following the steps in this video will get you there quicker than just going straight after the freestanding handstand. And if it’s quicker that makes it a shortcut in my book.

Hi Logan Why do you let your belly out in handbalancing? Thats kind of a big mistake or not

July 1, 2010

Logan @ 6:04 pm #

@Raido: I think that’s from appearance in a curved handstand. The stomach so be fairly tightly to keep you stable but doesn’t have to be hard as is bracing for a punch.

Dear Logan,
i am 17 years old and I too possess the abiliy to walk on on my hands freely without fail. I have tested my distance & I am about at an acre and a halfs distance and rising. I would love to link up with others who practice the art of hand balancing and can truly deliver a vagrant display of the art. I live in greensboro north carolina and I walk on my hands in on the street cornrers for cash. you can contact me at 336-479-0588. good luck on your journey.
