In this August’s Acrobat Accelerator
A common exercise we had to do was pirouettes in my old gymnastics class, that is turning around and around on the hands.
Pirouettes happen to be one of the most difficult tricks when it comes to walking on the hands, at least on flat ground.
I could never seem to get it. If I managed a single complete revolution I was doing good, even if it took 15 steps to do it.
Then it hit me. I was paying attention to the wrong spot.
Once I changed this I was able to do pirouettes. Not only that but it made all handstands easier.
Now it didn’t make me a complete master in a single instant, but it improved my abilities immediately. That day I did three straight pirouettes without coming down.
It’s the single biggest tip I could give anyone with regards to hand balancing.
That tip along with many others is featured in this month’s Acrobat Accelerator. If you’re already a member your newsletter and DVD were shipped out today.
If you’re not a member you still have time to get August’s issue. Sign up today or get a free trial along with the following products: Secrets of the Handstand Quickstart Guide, Hand Balancing Mastery Course, Tumbling Course.
Here’s another good part. Anything you order for the next few days you won’t have to pay any shipping. I’ve decided to extend the ‘No Shipping’ event through the weekend.
In case you missed the previous announcement here’s the recap. Especially for the international subscribers you can pay zero shipping costs because I’ll be paying them for you.
Any order, no matter the size. Click here for handstands, hand balancing and acrobatic products.
And if you order one of the products that include an issue of Acrobat Accelerator you’ll get the big tip plus more on mastering a single skill, walking on the hands and bridging gymnastics.
But there’s only 22 issues left. So if you want it you better act quick.
Good Luck and Good Hand Balancing,
Logan Christopher
P.S. I’ll be providing you a new article on walking on the hands next time, including a bit of the video from Acrobat Accelerator. Just wrapping it up now
